Online Banking Enrollment Instructions

The following information is needed to get started with our online banking  

·         Your base account number with a zero (0) on the end

EXAMPLE: If you are looking at your statement and see the following: abcde - fgh use the first 5-7 digits with an added zero at the end, which in this case would be abcde0

·         Last 4 digits of your social security number

·         Your valid email address

To get started follow the steps below! 

  1. Go to https://www.realtimehomebanking.com/Enroll.aspx?clientid=4982  or click the “Sign Up” button on the top of this page

  2. Read our terms and conditions, then scroll to the bottom of the page and press the “I Agree” button

  3. Input your account number with a zero (0) at the end (you must input the zero or it will not work!)

  4. Input the last four digits of your Social Security Number

  5. Type in a valid email address (this is how you will receive alerts on your account activity)

  6. Retype your same valid email address

  7. Create your own User ID (this is how you will log in, so write it down!)

  8. Create your own Password (this is how you will log in, so keep it safe!)

           Password (MUST CONTAIN)

·         10 characters

·         One upper-case letter

·         One number

·         One symbol

9.      Pick your first security question

10.   Answer your first security question

11.   Pick your second security question

12.   Answer your second security question

13.   Pick your third security question

14.   Answer your third security question

15.   Select your security image

16.   Click Submit

Please Note:

  • If you are unable to view accounts that you are joint on, and would like access please call the credit union to be linked.

  • If you are not the primary member on the account you will not be able to see loan activity.

  • You will not be able to see transaction history prior to June 1st, 2019.

Core Conversion June 2019

We Are Under Construction!

Over the last few months, Bessemer System FCU has been working behind the scenes to bring you some of the most advanced financial services and products in the marketplace. We are pleased to announce that on Monday, June 3, 2019*, we will be converting to a new core computer system offering the latest in technology. In addition to improved system capabilities, we’ll have more flexibility to provide you with future enhancements, security updates and added convenience.

Bessemer System FCU will be closed on Saturday June 1st through Monday June 3rd and home banking will be unavailable, but you can look forward to a new system offering:

·         Upgraded Security

·         More User-Friendly Home Banking Options

·         Enhanced Features for Your Bessemer System FCU Accounts

As a proactive step, we suggest you view or print your transaction history before June 3rd. This will ensure your information is handy in case you need to reference a transaction while the system is down or have any questions following the conversion.

As with all decisions, the integrity of your personal data and keeping account information secure are top priorities as we prepare for the conversion. Rest assured, our system provider offers the highest security measures possible. They understand your needs and what you expect for account access, the protection of your data as well as convenient financial products. Our provider will also be onsite throughout the conversion to ensure a smooth transition.
